Abstract
The new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) can play a role in the etiology of many different diseases. COVID-19 leads individuals to become hypercoagulable, although the etiology of the thrombotic problems that occur with this condition is unknown. Here we describe a case of COVID-19 with splenic infarction that resolves with anticoagulation and simple analgesia. Our case is very interesting, as splenic infection due to COVID-19 infection is an unusual altitude.
